Duties & Responsibilities:
- Apply, adjust and remove Orthoheal new generation casts
- Measure and fit patients for OrthoHeal new generation casts braces and other orthopedic devices.
- Assist Orthopedic Surgeons while application
- Instruct patient in proper care of cast post application
- Assist in making follow-up appointments and consultation appointments with specialists for patients.
- Adhere to established company policy and procedure directives
- Documentation of services performed.
- Perform a broad spectrum of duties including pre-visit preparation, assisting with the patient visit, and post-visit duties
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma / Graduate ( Nursing will be added advantage )
- Completion of a recognized Orthopedic Technologists (OTC) program preferred.
- Preferred minimum 1 years Orthopedic Cast Technician experience within an orthopedic practice
