OrthoBrace Center is state of art Brace clinic specialized in prescribing, fitting and training braces.

About the Role:

The Clinic Manager – Brace Center will lead clinical operations for OrthoHeal’s brace and immobilization solutions at our flagship center. The role involves patient assessment, product application, team supervision, and coordination with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective treatment using FlexiOH^® and other bracing solutions.

The Product Specialist will be responsible for providing in-depth product knowledge, clinical support, and hands-on brace application at OrthoHeal’s Brace Center. The role acts as a bridge between the clinical team and product development, ensuring that patients receive the most appropriate brace solutions while supporting product education, training, and feedback collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations at the Brace Center in Vadodara.
• Assess patient conditions, recommend appropriate bracing solutions, and supervise product applications.
• Train and lead a team of clinical assistants, physiotherapists, and application technicians.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for brace applications and follow-up protocols.
• Coordinate with orthopedic surgeons and hospitals for patient referrals and collaborative care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical documentation, regulatory norms, and patient care standards.
• Monitor inventory of clinical materials and liaise with logistics and production teams for replenishments.
• Collect and analyse clinical data to evaluate patient outcomes and support clinical validation studies.
• Conduct product training and educational sessions for new team members and partner clinicians.
• Assist in patient evaluation and recommend the right OrthoHeal product (e.g., FlexiOH, OA braces, ROM braces).
• Perform product demonstrations, fitting, and application with a focus on clinical accuracy and comfort.
• Provide product training and application guidance to clinical staff, technicians, and visiting healthcare professionals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OrthoHeal’s product range and continuously learn about new updates and protocols.
• Collaborate with the clinical manager and product development team to relay patient and clinician feedback.
• Support in maintaining brace inventory and ensuring application tools and demo kits are in place.
• Participate in clinical studies, product validation programs, and educational camps when required.
• Document product usage and assist in maintaining patient records and post-application follow-up reports.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide product-based solutions to the clinical team and patients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, Orthotics & Prosthetics, or a related allied health field.
• 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in orthopaedics or rehabilitation settings.
• Prior exposure to orthopedic bracing, immobilization products, or application training is highly desirable.
• Experience managing clinical staff and operations in a healthcare or med-tech setting.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and patient interaction.
• Basic knowledge of clinical research and device compliance will be an added advantage.
