About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our marketing operations processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing technologies, project management, data analytics, and process optimization. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, managing systems, and driving continuous improvement in our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.

  • Marketing Automation & Technology Management: Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Bitrix, Salesforce, etc.), ensuring they are configured properly and support the team’s needs.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse marketing performance data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes to drive efficiency and scalability across campaigns.

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align operations and streamline communication between departments.

  • Budget Management: Track and manage marketing spend across various channels, ensuring proper allocation and reporting.

  • Performance Metrics & KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and ensure alignment with broader business goals.

  • Vendor & Tool Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, platforms, and agencies to ensure the marketing tech stack is optimized.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Bitrix Pardot, etc.), CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.

  • Experience in campaign management, budgeting, and resource allocation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

  • Certification in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

  • Experience with A/B testing, personalization strategies, and customer segmentation.

  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
