About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Sales Operations Manager to support and optimize our sales processes. This role is critical to enabling sales team efficiency, driving data-driven decisions, and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and other business units. The ideal candidate thrives on creating structure, enhancing tools and reporting, and supporting sales growth through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize sales processes, tools, and workflows to support a high-performing sales team.

  • Manage CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure data integrity and adoption across the team.

  • Create and analyze sales performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Partner with sales leadership to set quotas, territories, and compensation plans.

  • Assist in forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.

  • Drive initiatives that improve sales productivity and process efficiency.

  • Act as a liaison between sales and cross-functional teams like marketing, finance, and customer success.

  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for sales reps on systems, tools, and best practices.

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities and tech stack improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Skills:

  • Salesforce Administrator or similar certification is a plus.

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger) is beneficial.

  • Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or similar sales-driven industries.
