Born in India. Healing worldwide.

From Stanford India Biodesign to a factory in Savli, Gujarat.

Origins

160 observations, one problem worth solving

In 2014, at Stanford India Biodesign – AIIMS Delhi, a physician, a designer and an engineer sorted 160 clinical observations. What kept coming back was the cast: the waiting, the itch, the smell, the infections, the saw.

The physician was Dr Pankaj Chhatrala. FlexiOH® was patented that year, OrthoHeal was founded in Vadodara in 2015, and the product launched in 2020. Today it is made in a sustainability-focused, solar-powered manufacturing facility at Vadodara, Gujarat, and worn in more than fifty countries.
