FlexiOH® holds a photo-curing resin sealed in silicone, bonded to a foam liner. On the limb it stretches and moulds. Under RizyCure's high-intensity blue light a photochemical reaction hardens it — typically in three to five minutes.

  • Water-free. No slurry, no bath, no setting clock.
  • Cured when you say so. Reduce, position, check — then apply the light.
  • About 45% open to air. Skin visible, sweat evaporates, washable.
  • Unaffected by heat or moisture once cured.

Safety

Safe for skin, eyes and the cast room

  • 100% UV-free. RizyCure emits visible blue light only — no ultraviolet component.
  • Skin-safe materials. Latex-free foam liner tested to ISO 10993-10; non-sensitising, non-irritating.
  • Eye protection. Avoid looking into the light; wear the supplied goggles during curing.
  • Surface warms during curing. Do not touch the outer surface until cured; the foam liner shields the skin.
  • No cast saw. Removal with bone-cutting forceps — no saw burns, no lacerations, no noise, no dust.
  • Class I, Type B device. RizyCure Corded runs from 110–240 V mains; maximum continuous run about 10 minutes.
  • Single use, checked before use. Every unit is leak-tested at the factory; a leaking unit is never applied.
  • Made under ISO 13485. Certified by BSI; CE marked; US FDA listed.

Removal

Pliers, not a saw

Cut away with bone-cutting forceps. No cast cutter, no saw burns, no noise, no dust. For children the zip-puller is removed at application.
