Size it
Choose the variant and size. The pre-cured immobilizer is soft and mouldable.
Above, at and inside the elbow — where a conventional cast is heaviest and hottest.
Intended uses
- Proximal radius and ulna fractures (Monteggia, Galeazzi)
- Distal humerus fractures
- Elbow fractures — supracondylar and epicondylar fractures of the humerus
- Mid-shaft fractures of radius and ulna
Caution
- Not to be used where FlexiOH® would contact breached skin
- Align the bone before curing — the shape cannot be adjusted afterwards
- Single patient, single use; a cured immobilizer cannot be reused

Application
Size it. Zip it. Cure it.
Step 2
Zip and lock it
Wrap, zip and set the limb. Align the bone now — nothing changes after curing.
Step 3
Cure it. Done.
Three to ten minutes under the RizyCure light. The polymer hardens into a rigid, ventilated shell.
Instructions for patients — recommended
- Daily activities that need minimal mobility; shallow pools and bathtubs
- Clean the skin in the open spaces regularly with a small brush or cotton bud
- A hair-dryer on the cool setting dries trapped moisture
- Elevate the limb to reduce swelling
Not recommended
- Do not touch the outer surface during curing — it can burn
- No heavy lifting or strenuous activity; no unnecessary pressure on the immobilizer
- Do not apply or remove without your orthopaedic practitioner
- Do not peel the foam layer; keep away from fire
