Position Overview:

The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for connecting with potential international Customer, sharing detailed product information, and providing post-sales support for OrthoHeal’s products. The role requires excellent communication in English, sound product understanding, and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships through professional and empathetic communication.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct international outreach calls to potential customers, clinics, and healthcare professionals to introduce OrthoHeal’s products and solutions.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product information, usage guidance, and after-sales support.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and usage with a clear understanding of medical terminology and orthopaedic device applications.
  • Maintain accurate call records, lead data, and follow-up reports in CRM systems.
  • Demonstrate strong convincing and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
  • Address customer concerns with empathy and a psychologically attuned approach to ensure satisfaction and trust.
  • Gather feedback from customers and healthcare professionals to help improve product communication and service quality.
  • Stay updated on new product launches, device specifications, and MedTech advancements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biomedical or related field is preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in international calling, tele-calling, or customer support (Experience from medical device or healthcare sector is added advantage).
  • Fluency in English is a must and other language knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of medical device functionality and ability to explain clinical aspects clearly.
  • Skilled in reporting, documentation, and CRM software.
  • Empathetic, confident, and psychologically aware communicator with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle outreach targets while maintaining professionalism and service quality.
