Key responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution
– Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products and territory.
– Visit hospitals, clinics, doctors, retailers & distributors to promote and sell OrthoHeal products.
– Conduct product demonstrations and product trainings as required.
2. Customer Interaction
– Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic doctors, hospital staff, and purchase departments.
– Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
– Assist in resolving customer queries and provide after-sales support.
3. Distributor/Dealer Support
– Coordinate with local distributors or dealers for order placements, product availability, and deliveries.
– Ensure channel partners are equipped with updated product knowledge and promotional material.
– Help partners execute product schemes and awareness campaigns.
4. Lead Generation & Expansion
– Identify and convert new leads including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacy outlets.
– Participate in local marketing activities such as CMEs, camps, and exhibitions.
– Maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through continuous outreach.
5. Daily Reporting & Documentation
– Submit daily call reports and visit details via CRM or reporting tools.
– Record feedback, competitive activities, and market trends.
– Share territory updates and activity reports with the reporting manager.
6. Territory Coverage
– Plan schedule to ensure optimal territory coverage.
– Travel daily within the assigned area to engage with clients and partners.
– Ensure regular touch points with high-potential and key accounts.
7. Product Knowledge
– Stay informed on product features, benefits, usage techniques, and competitive positioning.
– Deliver basic training or information to customers and channel partners.
– Attend company-led training programs and meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 3–5 years of Sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare..
